Surprising Beach Haven: The Cove Rotana, Ras Al Khaimah

We celebrated our friend Lee’s birthday by letting loose, getting away with the busy streets, spending some relaxing moments and boarding happiness at The Cove Rotana located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khamaih in the UAE.

We enjoyed a modern luxury overnight stay and loaded the evening with sharades and other fun games. We thanked God for it is only through Him that we are able to enjoy this kind of benefits.

All guests were housed with premium and private villas. Nestled at the lagoons, each villa has 3 beautiful bedrooms, romantic balcony and private pool.

Early morning the next day, we had our first set of photo ops. The breath taking view of the beach made our day.

The lovely ambiance plus the good company made our swim at the plunge pool more refreshing and exciting.

The resort was well laid out. Along the long pathways are foot bridges and wooden decks. As for me and my husband Francis, the cove is perfectly romantic.

The scenic view of the cove gave us an impression of a little Santorini in the sandpit. Who would have thought that we can actually get this feel from the desert?

The scorching of the sun was worth the walk at the beach side. Sun bathing at the shore and peaceful siesta under the beach huts are one of the free facilities one can enjoy at the cove.

The cabanas, on the other hand, are one of the top and best choices for ladies.

The pathways along the hills of the cove provides an exclusive picture of the heads of the meditteranean santorini-like villas. Bonding with friends are never boring with a picturisque background like this.

The huge lobby overlooking the infinity pool is also a great place to spend a quality afternoon.

Our two days stay at the cove was all worth it. The Cove Rotana is a surprising beach haven for friends and even perfect for sweet escapes and family getaways.
