It has always been good to take a deep breath and relax. There is no way to happiness if we don’t enjoy what’s freely given. And that is the Lord’s grace. One of the perks we got not long ago is a memorable fun in the desert of Dubai. Let me share with you how I became a tourist to the land where I lived for such a long time.
1. The luxury experience.
It’s not that I don’t find any thrill in sand bashing. It’s just not my sort of thing. All I wanted is to sit back, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. So riding a quality vintage land rover with a glimpse of the desert out in the open was one of the most refreshing experiences I had. Our premium heritage desert safari tour was excellent.
2. The privacy of a royal desert retreat.
We were welcomed with dates and sparkling apple drinks whilst we enjoy the falcon show. When it ended, we were brought to Bedouin Camp, which is nestled at the heart of the desert, to enjoy a festive night of food and entertainment. Each group has its own designated place and seating. So there is no hassle worrying where to find a seat!
3. The taste of local Emirati delicacies.
Special Emirati food recipes were prepared using traditional methods and were cooked using stones and woods. We were offered fetouche salad and some starters before we started with the main courses such as lamb rice, vegetable fried rice, camel meat, chicken kebab, and some other varieties of local dishes.
4. The advantage of your own personal tour guide.
Each family or group of tourists enjoyed the assistance of a private guide assigned to them, from the desert tours to the bedouin camp.
5. The once-in-a-lifetime moments are recorded on cam.
Photographers are everywhere to capture your private moments. Each family or group was assigned one drone camera to record your fun under the sun. So before our night ends, we were able to grab a copy of our same day edit (SDE) video. Of course, for a worth-it cost of AED 200.
