How To Tell If Bali Bali Beach Resort Is The Right Staycation For You

A 45-minute boat ride from Davao pier brought us to Barangay Catagman in the Island Garden City of Samal. From 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, we spent a relaxing getaway at Bali Bali Beach Resort.

1. Day tour

We paid Php 1,500.00 per person, inclusive of boat ride, welcome drinks, and lunch buffet. We took a day’s tour only but since there were 9 of us in total, they decided to give us a cottage free of charge.

2. Private escape

It was always good to alot quality time with family and friends, bonding over swimming in a private hideaway and laughing out loud on silly little things. The resort is small in size and has nothing much to offer apart from the beach, the infinity pool, the jacuzzi, and the food. But it was the perfect place that we were looking for. We needed, at that time, a very private haven exclusive only for us.

3. Great food

Compared to other resorts within the area, we must say that Bali Bali has offered the most delicious seafood buffet one can get. We are a family who enjoys eating a lot and we loved their cooking!

4. Best company

It is much easier to take a deep breath when your with people you care about. How much nicer it could get if you are with your family?

5. Carefree spirit

No work. No school. No dates. Just us on a lazy weekend having some cosy better times and enjoying the nature’s fresh air. We just did a do-it-your-own little staycation to be free!
